Frasers Property Singapore is Frasers Property Limited’s strategic business entity. It is a SGX-listed multinational company that owns, develops, and manages a diverse real estate portfolio around the world, with a total asset of about S$38.7 billion. For decades, Frasers Property has been one of Singapore’s most prominent home-grown developers, completing many brilliant homes.

Frasers Property made its first venture into property development in 1980, when it built The Centrepoint, a landmark on Orchard Road. At that time, Frasers Property was an integral part of the property division of Cold Storage Limited. Ten years later, Frasers Property became a part of Fraser and Neave, Limited, established in 1983. Today, Frasers Property has evolved to become a multinational company that spans over 80 cities across the globe.

With a solid reputation for expertise and quality, it comprises businesses together with real estate investment trusts that own, develop, build, and manage retail, residential, office, business park, and business space properties in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. It has a massive presence in these countries’ major cities.

Frasers Property Singapore has developed approximately 21,000 homes and runs a portfolio of 7 offices, 13 shopping malls, and business space properties. Two office and nine retail assets and business space properties are held under Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust and Frasers Centrepoint Trust, respectively.
